This page explains how to request deletion of your Flava account and the data associated with it. Flava is operated as a casual dating application available on Google Play and the App Store.
How to delete your account from within the app
- Open the Flava app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to your Profile, then open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm your choice when prompted.
Your account and its associated data will then be permanently deleted as described below.
How to request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@flava.app from the email address linked to your account. Please include enough information for us to identify your account so we can process your request.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, all information in your profile — including your photos, name, matches, and chats — is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What data is kept, and for how long
For a limited period after deletion, we retain your email address and minimal technical data (used for security, fraud prevention, and to comply with our legal obligations). This information is kept for up to 6 months, after which it is permanently deleted.
